Anderson Family Dental works hard to maximize dental insurance benefits for each patient’s individual treatment plan. We obtain pre-authorization for large treatment plans, provide written estimates prior to restorative treatment, and submit all insurance claims. Our patient coordinators work hard to alleviate any unexpected costs so that each patient has an estimate of what their insurance should cover and what their out-of-pocket portion should be prior to the day of scheduled treatment. Out-of-pocket expenses are expected the day of treatment.
Anderson Family Dentistry accepts all major credit cards, and we work with CareCredit, which offers interest-free payment plans! We participate with several major insurance plans, including Delta Dental Premier, United Concordia, Cigna, and MetLife. Please do not hesitate to call with any treatment or insurance questions!

In the event that Anderson Family Dentistry must retain a collection agency or law firm to collect past-due balances owed to Anderson Family Dentistry, you agree to any and all collection fees, court costs, attorney fees or incidental costs associated with collecting.
